4–8 hours for most homes. Studios take about 4 hours, 2-bedroom apartments 5–6 hours, larger houses 7–8 hours. Because we’re flat-rate, we take the time it needs — no shortcuts, no clock-watching.
Do you clean inside ovens and refrigerators?
Yes — both are included in every move-out clean at no extra charge. Refrigerator must be emptied before we arrive (or scheduled as an add-on to remove contents).
Can landlords or property managers schedule service?
Yes. We work directly with OC property management firms and independent landlords on unit turnovers. Direct billing, flat-rate per unit, and consistent standard across every property.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Is move-in cleaning also available?
