Enzyme-based treatment that breaks down urine crystals at the source, not just masks the smell. Also removes vomit, blood, and other biological stains. Safe for pets and children.

OC carpet cleaning runs $40–$90 per room via hot-water extraction. We quote flat-rate per room or per rug up front — never per hour, never a surprise. Minimum service charge: $150.

Pre-treatment

Hot-water extraction
Truck-mount HWE removes embedded dirt, dust mites, and pet dander. Low-moisture technique means faster dry times.
Groom & dry
Fibers groomed to restore texture. Air movers deployed for high-traffic homes. Typical dry time: 4–6 hours, walkable in 30 minutes.

How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Once a year for most homes. Every 6 months if you have pets, kids under 5, or an allergy-sensitive household. Every 3–4 months for coastal homes with heavy foot traffic and salt-air exposure.
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Walkable in 30 minutes with socks. Fully dry in 4–6 hours with normal airflow. We can bring air movers for faster dry times — just ask.
Will pet stains and odors actually come out?
Most fresh stains yes. Older set-in urine sometimes needs a subpad treatment or full pad replacement — we'll tell you honestly during the walk-through whether extraction alone will fix it or if you need a specialist.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
Yes. EPA Safer Choice certified solutions on every job. No ammonia, no bleach, no harsh solvents. Safe once carpet is dry (typically 4–6 hours).
