Just one visit? No problem.
Single-visit standard cleans are priced above the recurring rate because there’s no route efficiency and often more first-visit buildup. Same 40-Point Checklist, same standard.

Every quote is flat-rate and confirmed in writing before we schedule. If we get to the home and the scope has changed materially (e.g. it’s a deep clean masquerading as a standard clean), we call you before doing extra work — you decide whether to proceed.
